Brian Priske has become Feyenoord’s new manager just two days before they face AC Milan in the first leg of their Champions League play-off on Wednesday.
Feyenoord Rotterdam have surprised the club by parting ways with Danish coach Brian Priske less than 48 hours before Wednesday’s Champions League play-off first leg against AC Milan, citing inconsistent performances and a lack of unity within the squad.

Despite Feyenoord’s impressive run in the Champions League with Brian, the results in recent months have been inconsistent and unfortunately we have seen too little structural progress.’
‘As a professional and as a person, I still have a lot of respect for Brian. However, sometimes you have to realize that even though everyone has good intentions. Things don’t go as planned and at some point there’s no longer the support to move forward.’
