Luka Jovic father confirms he has offers from Besiktas and Trabzonspor but if he wants to stay at AC Milan, he may not have a choice

His father has spoken to Serpski Telegraph about his future, confirming that there were offers from Besiktas and Trabzonspor in January, as well as Serie A side Monza.

“It’s all true,” said Jovic’s father.

“He wants to stay at Milan, but if things change at the club, there may be no other option.”

Jovic’s career path has been a bit of an unconventional one, with Real Madrid paying €63m to sign him from Frankfurt in 2019, but in 2022 he was sent to Fiorentina on a free transfer in exchange for a 50% stake in future deals.

A similar deal is in place with Milan in 2023, with a short-term contract expiring on June 30.
